تـــأســس مركز المرأة للإرشـــــــــاد القـانـوني والاجتماعي في القـدس عام 1991 كمؤسسة نسوية أهلية فلسطينية تسعى نحو حماية وتعزيز حقوق المرأة ورفع مكانتها بالاستناد للمعايير والمواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، من خلال الرصد والتوثيق وبرامج المناصرة على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتقديم الخدمات القانونية والاجتماعية للنساء المعنفات وضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، وتنفيذ برامج التوعية والتدريب وتطوير السياسات والتشريعات التي تستند إلى المساواة، وبناء قدرات المؤسسات القاعدية والمجموعات التطوعية في إطار مؤسسة فاعلة تعمل بشكل تكاملي بين وحداتها البرامجية والإدارية ومكاتبها الفرعية بالاعتماد على كادر متخصص وذو كفاءة ومؤمن برؤية المركز.

يعلن مركز المرأة للإرشاد القانوني والاجتماعي بالشراكة مع الشبكة العربية لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني النسوي عن طرح  عطاء لإستدراج عروض أسعار خاصة بحجز تذاكر سفر، وغرف فندقية، وقاعة اجتماعات في العاصمة الأردنية عمان، لذلك يدعو المركز جميع الشركات المختصة وذات العلاقة للتقدم للعطاء. ووفقا للتالي.

آلية التقديم

• الشركات الراغبة بالتقدم لهذا العطاء تستطيع الحصول على نسخة من الشروط المرجعية من خلال ارسال طلب باسم وبرقم وعنوان العطاء على البريد الالكتروني التالي: procurement@wclac.org
• ارفاق وثائق مساندة: شهادة تسجيل، وشهادة خصم مصدر، الخ.
• تقديم عرض فني يشمل تفاصيل المذكورة في الشروط المرجعية.
• تقديم عرض مالي بالدولار الامريكي شاملا لضريبة القيمة المضافة ويوضح التكاليف تفصيلية

آخر موعد لتقديم العطاء 

• تقبل عروض أسعاركم وفق النموذج المطلوب وتسليمه بملف PDF مختوم مع المرفقات بحد أقصى يوم السبت الموافق بتاريخ 16/11/2024  من خلال البريد الالكتروني  procurement@wclac.org

ملاحظات عامة:

• تقدم عروض الأسعار بعملة الدولار شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة.
• توفير فاتورة ضريبية في حالة كان المتقدم خاضعا لها وسيتم قبول المطالبة المالية فقط من المؤسسات الغير ربحية- بشرط تزويدنا بشهادة تسجيل المتقدم وشهادة دائرة ضريبة القيمة المضافة بخصوص اعفاء المتقدم منها
• المركز غير ملزم بقبول أقل الأسعار وله الحق في أن يحدد المتقدم/ة أو الغاء الاستدراج أو إعادة طرحه مرة أخرى دون ابداء الأسباب، اما العرض المقبول والمتجاوب مع شروط الاستدراج هو ذلك العرض الذي يتجاوب مع كل الشروط دون أي تحفظ أو خروج غير مقبول عن الشروط.
• للمركز الحق في إلغاء أي عرض غير ملتزماَ بالموعد أعلاه و/أو شروط العطاء وبدون إبداء الأسباب.
• على المتقدم/ة تقديم السعر بناء على الشروط العامة والخاصة بالاستدراج، وهذا يعتبر الزاما مؤكدا بهذه الشروط ولا يحق له/ها شطب أو تعديل أي من الشروط وفي حال مخالفته/ها لذلك يعتبر العرض لا غيا.
• في حال الإخلال بأي من المواصفات أو الشروط المتفق عليها فيعتبر التكليف لاغي ولا يتحمل المركز أو المانح أي تبعات مالية أو قانونية أو عرفية، الخ.
• يعتبر استدراج العروض هذا بشروطه جزء من العقد/العقود التي سيتم توقيعها مع الشركة أو المورد.

Introduction

The Women's Center for Legal and Social Counseling was established in Jerusalem in 1991 as a Palestinian women's civil society organization that seeks to protect and promote women's rights and raise their status based on international human rights standards and conventions, through monitoring, documentation and advocacy programs at the local and international levels, providing legal and social services to abused women and victims of human rights violations, implementing awareness and training programs, developing policies and legislation based on equality, and building the capacities of grassroots institutions and volunteer groups within the framework of an effective institution that works in an integrated manner between its programmatic and administrative units and its branch offices, relying on a specialized and efficient staff that believes in the vision of the center .

The Women's Center for Legal Aid and Counseling, in partnership with the Arab Network for Women's Civil Society Institutions, announces a tender to solicit price offers for booking airline tickets, hotel rooms, and a meeting hall in the Jordanian capital, Amman. Therefore, the center invites all specialized and relevant companies to apply for the tender. According to the following .

Application mechanism

• Companies wishing to apply for this tender can obtain a copy of the terms of reference by sending a request with the name, number and title of the tender to the following email :  procurement@wclac.org
• Attach supporting documents: registration certificate, source discount certificate, etc.
• Submit a technical proposal including the details mentioned in the terms of reference .
• Submit a financial offer in US dollars, including VAT, and showing detailed costs.

Deadline for submission of bids

• Your quotations will be accepted in accordance with the required form and submitted in a sealed  PDF  file with attachments no later than Saturday, 11/16/2024, via email to procurement@wclac.org

General notes :

• Prices are provided in US dollars, inclusive of VAT .
• Providing a tax invoice if the applicant is subject to it. The financial claim will only be accepted from non-profit organizations - provided that we are provided with the applicant’s registration certificate and a certificate from the Value Added Tax Department regarding the applicant’s exemption from it.
• The center is not obligated to accept the lowest prices and has the right to specify the applicant, cancel the tender, or re-offer it without giving reasons. However, the accepted offer that meets the tender conditions is the offer that meets all the conditions without any reservation or unacceptable deviation from the conditions .
• The Center has the right to cancel any offer that does not comply with the above deadline and/or tender conditions without giving reasons .
• The applicant must submit the price based on the general and special terms of the invitation, and this is considered a confirmed obligation of these terms and he/she does not have the right to delete or amend any of the terms and in the event of his/her violation of this, the offer will be considered void .
• In the event of a breach of any of the agreed specifications or conditions, the assignment shall be considered void and the center or donor shall not bear any financial, legal, or customary consequences, etc.
