شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران در نظر دارد فراخوان ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه فوق را  جهت انجام کار در مدت یک سال و با برآورد اولیه به مبلغ  18،171،500 یورو از طریق سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت برگزار نماید. کلیه مراحل برگزاری فراخوان ارزیابی کیفی و مناقصه صرفا از طریق درگاه سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد) به آدرس www.setadiran.ir و شماره فراخوان 003093631000244 انجام خواهد شد و کلیه آگهی ها و دعوت نامه ها، تغییرات، اصلاحات و ... صرفا از طریق سامانه ستاد به اطلاع مناقصه گران رسانده می شود. همچنین اطلاعات و شرایط کلی مناقصه به پیوست موجود می باشد. لازم است پیشنهاد دهندگان در صورت عدم عضویت قبلی، مراحل ثبت نام در سایت مذکور و دریافت گواهی امضای الکترونیکی را جهت شرکت در فراخوان محقق سازند.

• پرداخت مبلغ ارزی قرارداد حاصل از مناقصه حاضر به صورت ریالی برمبنای "نرخ خرید ارز حواله مرکز مبادله ارز و طلای ایران" مندرج در سامانه معاملات الکترونیکی ارز (ETS) قابل احصاء از ستون "نرخ خرید (حواله)" در تارنمای sanarate.ir می باشد.
• مفاد دستورالعمل نحوه تعدیل پیمان های صنعت نفت به شماره 556808 ابلاغی مورخ 1401/11/11 در قرارداد حاصل از مناقصه حاضر قابل اعمال خواهد بود.
• معادل ٢٥ درصد از مبلغ قرارداد (15 درصد پس از امضاء و ابلاغ قرارداد و 10 در صد پس از 30 درصد پیشرفت کار) در قالب پیش پرداخت و بر اساس درخواست کتبی پیمانکار پرداخت خواهد شد.

2. آگهی های ثبت، تأسیس و تغییرات روزنامه رسمی
3. گواهینامه های تائید صلاحیت: "گواهینامه صلاحیت پیمانکاری" در رشته نفت و گاز (زیر رشته های عملیات حفاری و مواد هیدروکربوری، تاسیسات فرآیندی نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی، خطوط انتقال ذخیره نفت و گاز) با حداقل پایه 2 سازمان برنامه بودجه کشور.
4. ارائه صورتهای مالی حسابرسی شده دو سال گذشته توسط سازمان حسابرسی یا اعضای جامعه حسابداران رسمی، موضوع تصویب نامه 26510/ت39039ک مورخ 1388/2/9 هیات وزیران الزامی بوده و مدارک ارزیابی فاقد صورتهای مالی به کیفیت یادشده مورد پذیرش قرار نخواهد گرفت.

تبصره: شرکتهای تازه تاسیس، در سال اول تاسیس از ارائه صورتهای مالی حسابرسی شده معاف می باشند، لکن موظفند برنامه کسب و کار سه سال آینده خود را که به اطلاع حسابرس رسمی شرکت رسیده باشد ارائه نمایند.

ب: سایر شرایط:

1. توانائی ارائه ضمانتنامه "شرکت در فرآیند ارجاع کار" به مبلغ 286،846 یورو و انجام تعهدات قراردادی طبق ضوابط کارفرما در صورت برنده شدن.

تبصره: حسب تبصره ماده 9 آیین نامه تضامین معاملات دولتی شرکتهای ایرانی مجازند به جای ضمانتنامه ارزی، ضمانتنامه بانکی ریالی برمبنای "نرخ خرید ارز حواله مرکز مبادله ارز و طلای ایران" مندرج در سامانه معاملات الکترونیکی ارز (ETS) قابل احصاء از ستون "نرخ خرید (حواله)" در تارنمای www.sanarate.ir  ارائه نمایند.

     2. توانائی ارائه ضمانتنامه "اجرای تعهدات" به میزان 10% مبلغ کل قرارداد و نیز کسر 10% از هر یک از پرداخت های قراردادی جهت تضمین حسن انجام کار.

     3. داشتن امکانات، توانایی و تخصص در موضوع مناقصه و کسب حداقل امتیاز ارزیابی کیفی لازم.
